The recipe is quick to make and it only takes a few ingredients. Look :

Ingredients

- 120 g of mixed oatmeal

- 50 g of butter

- 110 g of sugar

- 10 g of flour

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder)

- 150 g of dark chocolate

- baking sheet

How to do

Preperation : 10 minutes - Cooking: 15 min - For 6 people or 20 cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

2. Mix 3/4 of the oatmeal to obtain broken flakes (not powder).

3. Put all the oatmeal in the container.

4. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

5. Melt the butter and add it after allowing it to cool slightly.

6. Add the egg.

13. Flatten the ball a little.

14. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

15. Once baked, let cool before handling each cookie.

16. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler

17. Coat the inside of the cookies with the chocolate.

18. Glue them two by two, pressing to bring out the chocolate slightly on the sides.

19. Let the chocolate harden.
