Sore Lower Back? Here's How To Stop Pain When You Sit All Day.

Do you have lower back pain?

It is very painful and it can be disabling.

The muscle called "square of the loins" is often the cause of this pain.

It is a muscle which is located in the abdomen, at the level of the lumbar region.

Fortunately, there is an effective remedy to stop this pain.

The solution is to stretch this muscle every day. Don't worry, you don't have to be flexible. Look :

to avoid pain in the lower back, stretch the muscle called square of the lower back every day

How to do

1. Sit on the floor.

2. Spread your legs. The legs should be straight.

3. Straighten the bust towards the ceiling as if you want to make it taller.

4. Raise your left arm above your head. The shoulders remain low.

5. Stretch it towards the ceiling.

6. Lean your left arm and bust over your right leg, as if you wanted to touch your right foot with your left hand. Your arm should go over your head, not in front of your face.

7. Repeat the same exercise on the other side.

Results

There you go, by doing this stretch every day, that lower back pain should go away within a few weeks :-)

Note: during this stretch, your buttocks should not lift off the ground. If your hand does not touch your foot, it does not matter. The important thing is to stretch the muscle.

It is true that this stretching takes a little time every day. But it's still better than suffering for days on end, right?

Warning : if the pain in your back is severe, then no effort should be made. Your muscle may be inflamed. It is best to consult a doctor.
