How to Light a Fire with a Pack of Chewing Gum and a Battery.
Did you know that it is possible to start a fire with a package of chewing gum and a battery?
Yes without anything else! It sounds incredible, but it is possible.
This can be useful when you want to start a campfire while camping.
Especially when you don't have matches or a lighter.
The trick is to place the foil chewing gum wrapper on the 2 poles of the battery so that a flame appears. Look :
How to do
1. Take foil chewing gum wrap.
2. Cut off the middle of the packaging. Only about 2 mm in width should remain:
3. Place the wrapper on each end of the stack.
Results
And now, as if by magic, the fire will ignite in the middle of the chewing gum packaging :-)
All you have to do is light a few twigs to start the campfire or the fireplace.
