1. Take a full or empty bottle of wine.
2. Clean it well with a damp cloth.
3. Lay it flat as if you were using a rolling pin.
4. Flatten the dough with the bottle.

And there you have it, you have flattened the dough without a roller :-)
Simple, practical and efficient!
You will be able to make your pizza, even without a rolling pin! And of course, it also works for making a quiche.
