The knots in the hair, what a horror ...

Luckily, there are a few things you can do to achieve soft, beautiful hair. Follow our advice!

1. Moisturize your hair upstream

The oil does not hydrate the hair, as you might think. On the other hand, it allows to nourish them in depth.

How do you hydrate the hair?

Simply by spraying water on it regularly. We put spring water in a spray bottle that we use whenever the hair looks dry.

The hydration of the hair also goes from the inside. So we drink a lot of water. Thus, our hair is hydrated in depth and on the surface.

Finally, for very dry hair, I mix 1/4 sweet almond oil or olive oil in 3/4 spring water in a spray bottle. This way, I hydrate my hair while making it softer and softer.

2. Use a large tooth comb on wet hair.

use a large tooth comb

Nothing like disentangling your hair when it's still wet. Indeed, the hair is more flexible under these conditions and this greatly facilitates disentangling.

To dry your hair, you don't have to rub your head with your towel. You will entangle them more. We just wring them out delicately, without rubbing, by wrapping them in a towel.

To perform a good disentangling, do not take a brush. This will promote the bundle of hair which will cause an even bigger knot. Instead, we use a comb with very wide teeth.

We start by untangling the ends and we go back very slowly to the roots, so as not to break the hair.

3. An infusion of cloves in rinse water

To make disentangling after your regular shampoo easier, use a clove rinse water.

In a glass jar I put some cloves that I let infuse 3 to 4 days in a little water. I then pour this mixture on my hair before getting out of the shower.

4. Shea butter to fix the hydration of my hair

moisturize your hair with shea butter

Shea butter is known to hydrate intensely, but also to facilitate the disentangling of the hair.

1. We melt the shea butter in a double boiler if the jar is made of glass, or simply in the microwave. Be careful that the butter is just warmed up and not burnt.

2. I take a dab of shea butter and I apply it on my hair and, in particular, on the lengths.

3. I let act 15 min on damp hair.

4. I rinse with clean water, and I shampoo if my hair is too oily.

This will make detangling much easier and your hair will be intensely nourished.

To avoid having the hair too tangled, it is necessary to brush it regularly and to moisturize it. From now on, I no longer have any concerns about having beautiful, smooth and perfectly detangled hair.
