Ingredients

- 4 eggs

- 4 slices of bacon

- 4 tablespoons of heavy cream

- 1 Chavignol dung

- chive

- salt pepper

- 4 ramekins

How to do

Preperation : 5 minutes - Cooking: 10 minutes - For 4 people

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

2. Lightly brown the bacon in a skillet.

3. Cut it into strips.

4. Cut the goat cheese into cubes.

5. Chop the chives.

6. At the bottom of a ramekin, put the equivalent of a slice of bacon.

7. Add the goat cheese and a spoonful of crème fraîche.

8. Break an egg into the ramekin.

9. Add salt and pepper.

10. Repeat these steps for the other three ramekins.

11. Put the four ramekins in the oven for 10 minutes.

- Personally, I did not add salt in this recipe. I find the bacon to be quite salty. But it's up to you.

- You don't have an oven? No problem ! This easy recipe can also be made without an oven. In this case, put the ramekins in a double boiler on the gas stove to cook the eggs.

- Another cooking technique consists of separating the white from the egg yolks. Start by putting the egg white in the ramekin with all the ingredients then cook for 10 min at 200 ° C. Then add the egg yolks and cook for 2 minutes more. In this way, the white is very cooked but the yolk remains runny.
