My Easy and Cheap Salted Verrine for an Astonishing Aperitif: with Tomato Mozzarella!
To get off the beaten track as an aperitif, we can embark on the composition of salted verrines.
Very colorful, very easy to make and inexpensive, my salted tomato mozzarella verrines are amazing!
In addition, they are delicious, balanced and healthy. So for a delicious, healthy and low-calorie aperitif, I say YES!
Ingredients for 4 verrines:
- 2 nice tomatoes
- 4/5 black olives
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
How to do
1. Peel and dice the tomatoes without retaining the juice.
2. Chop the olives very finely and cut pieces of mozzarella.
3. Chop the basil.
4. For assembly, alternate layers of tomatoes, olives and mozzarella.
5. Pour a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a little pepper and sprinkle with basil.
6. Add a quarter of olive for decoration.
Results
And now, voila ! Your inexpensive tomato mozzarella verrines are ready :-)

Bonus tip
Before serving your verrines, let them stand for at least one hour in the refrigerator, they will only be better!

- 2 beautiful tomatoes: 2 €
- 1 small jar of black olives: € 1.50
- 1 mozzarella ball: € 1.10
- 1 bunch of fresh basil: € 1.20
I count around 5.80 € for my 4 verrines or 1.45 € per guest!
