7 Stretches To Do In 7 Minutes To Relieve Lower Back Pain Completely.
Do you spend long hours behind a desk?
So you've probably had lower back pain before.
Low back pain is unfortunately very common, especially in sedentary people.
Fortunately, there are remedies to help you make those lower back pain go away.
Whether you have a feeling of stiffness, continuous pain, or muscle spasms, the following stretches will help keep your back healthy and muscular. Look :
1. Hamstring stretch
Hold this position for 30 seconds. Do this twice for each leg.
2. Stretch of the knees on the chest
This stretch helps to strengthen and relax your glutes. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Do this twice for each leg.
3. Stretching the spine
This stretch was one of my favorites when I was suffering from sciatica. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Then do the same with the other knee. Do this exercise as many times as you want.
4. Piriformis stretch
Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat the same exercise with the other leg.
5. Hip stretches
Hold for 30 seconds then switch legs and repeat.
6. Quadriceps stretches
Hold the position for 30 seconds on each side. Do this exercise twice for each leg.
7. Full back stretches
Hold this position for 30 seconds and then do this stretch:
Hold this position for 10 seconds on each side.
Results
There you go, with these 7 stretches you will relieve your lower back pain :-)
And all this, in less than 7 minutes!
Do these exercises at least once a day. It is best to do it twice, once in the morning and once in the evening.
