A 100% effective natural ingredient: Aleppo soap

The soap from Aleppo is arguably my best friend when I'm in my bathroom. All by himself, he hydrate so much that it has as many benefits as a superfatted soap.

Of vegetable composition, this soap also has virtues healing and antiseptics. This is why we also use it against acne or insect bites for example.

With all these benefits, it will guarantee our shower gel all the qualities we expect: a gentle, moisturizing and hypoallergenic cleansing base.

We will associate it with just a little lavender, for the sweet scent and the soothing and calming side.

Aleppo soap and lavender essential oil are sold in organic stores, on the internet and in some supermarkets.

The best Aleppo soap is preservative-free and with at least 20% bay oil in its composition. The Karawan brand, for example, is excellent. You are reminded of all this in this article.

Here is my Aleppo soap shower gel recipe. Look :

Ingredients

- 1 Aleppo soap of 200 g

- 1 liter of water

- 15 drops of lavender essential oil

How to do

1. Grate the soap.

2. Heat it gently in a saucepan with the water.

3. Add the essential oil.

4. Let cool.

Results

And there you have it, your Aleppo soap shower gel is now ready :-)

He will enter a pump bottle of a liter and can be used for several months, as long as a shower gel sold in the supermarket.

The price of our shower gel recipe

16% Aleppo laurel soap costs € 10. Lavender essential oil around € 3 for 30 ml.

With the necessary quantities, your DIY shower gel will cost you around 8 € the liter. Knowing that a Tahiti-type shower gel costs a minimum of € 4 for 250 ml ... I have finished convincing you, haven't I?
