Conservation

How to speed up the fermentation of sourdough?

If you want your sourdough to ferment faster, choose a flour type T65 minimum. You can even use wholemeal flour.

There is another little trick to speed up fermentation: it is to put a little honey in the initial preparation.

If you want to personalize your sourdough, choose the flour you like, whether gluten-free or gluten-free.
