How to weigh the ingredients to the nearest gram (or almost) without a scale?
It's a question I've asked myself many times when making recipes!
Especially when my kitchen scale let go and I didn't have a measuring cup!
Fortunately, my grandmother told me her easy tips for weighing ingredients without scales and making recipes successful.
here is the essential table to weigh any ingredient without using a scale. Look :

- 1 teaspoon

- 1 mustard glass
- 1 pot of yogurt
- 1 cup (or 1 mug)
Hard or melted butter
1 teaspoon = 5 g
1 tablespoon = 15 g
1 cup = 225 g
Cocoa
1 teaspoon = 5 g

Coffee
