Fortunately, there are effective tips for descaling and cleaning the toilet with white vinegar.
Here are 5 homemade recipes for disinfect toilets and remove limescale effortlessly. Look :
1. White vinegar + flour
Fill a bowl with classic flour. Sprinkle the bottom of the bowl with the flour. Then, pour the equivalent of 3 glasses of white vinegar to evenly moisten the flour. Leave on for a few hours. Then, scrub with the brush if necessary and flush. For even more effectiveness, you can replace the vinegar with 1/2 glass of citric acid.
2. White vinegar + baking soda
Sprinkle the toilet bowl with a tablespoon of baking soda. Pour 2 glasses of white vinegar over it to foam. Leave on for at least 1 hour or overnight if the bowl is well scaled. Then, scrub with the brush and flush.
3. White vinegar + citric acid
Put on gloves and dilute 5 tablespoons of citric acid in 1 liter of water. Pour this mixture into a sprayer and spray it into the bowl. Leave on for about 20 minutes then rinse.
4. White vinegar + salt + baking soda
For stains well encrusted in the bowl, here is an unstoppable method. Boil a pot of water and add 1 glass of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 3 tablespoons of salt. When it boils, pour the mixture into the bowl and brush immediately. Leave to act and possibly scrape with a wooden or plastic spatula (but not metal so as not to scratch the enamel). Repeat if necessary, and rinse.
5. Heated white vinegar
For a well scaled bowl, heat vinegar and pour it directly onto the scaled walls. Watch out for the vapors of hot vinegar. Leave the room during the action of the vinegar and ventilate well.
How to remove the tart at the bottom of the bowl?
To remove limescale from the bottom of the bowl, remember to drain the water before using these recipes.
It is enough to push the water in the pipes by making back and forth movements with the brush for a few minutes.
