The Easy Ferrero Rocher Recipe, Better than at the Ambassador.
The recipe for Ferrero Rocher is very easy.
It is also quite surprising!
You will be able to make them at home without any problem with or without the children.
A little patience and a lot of chocolate should come to the end of this delicious recipe. Look :
Ingredients
- 200 g of Nutella (here is the secret recipe for homemade Nutella)
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g of hazelnuts
- 6 very thin wafers (those that accompany ice cream)
How to do
1. Blend the hazelnuts and wafers in a blender.
2. Reserve half of the hazelnut-wafer mixture in a bowl.
3. Pour the other half of the mixture of mixed hazelnuts and wafers in the 200 g of Nutella and mix well.
4. Refrigerate everything for 1 hour.
5. Take the preparation out of the refrigerator and with a spoon or, better, an ice cream scoop, make small balls.
6. Roll the small balls in the hazelnut-wafer powder that you had reserved.
7. Place the small balls in a dish without them touching each other and put them back in the fridge for 1 hour.
8. During this time, roughly crush the rest of the hazelnuts. It's long, but worth it !!
9. Then melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or in the microwave).
10. Add the hazelnuts to the chocolate and mix.
11. Take the chocolate balls out of the fridge.
12. Use a fork to prick the balls and dip them in the melted chocolate.
13. Put the balls soaked in chocolate in the fridge one last time for 45 minutes.
Results
There you go, your homemade Ferrero Rocher is ready :-)
