My Very Simple Recipe for Making Roudoudou Candies.
One of the treats I loved when I was little: roudoudous!
I don't know if it is shape or sweet taste, but the roudoudous are sweets that evoke childhood and pleasure.
You too ? Come on, I'll explain how to easily make these sweets that you lick at the bottom of a shell. Delicious and regressive!
And as in addition recipe is very simple, you too will love making them at home with your children or just for yourself. Look :
Ingredients
- 125 g of sugar
- 1 lemon or orange juice according to your taste
- mint or grenadine syrup depending on your favorite color
- empty seashells
How to do
1. Wash the seashells.
2. Squeeze the juice from the fruit you have chosen.
3. Combine the juice and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
4. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
5. After 10 to 15 minutes, your preparation should thicken.
6. Turn off the heat and add the chosen syrup.
7. Pour into the shellfish and let cool.
Results
And there you have it, you made some delicious roudoudous :-)
You can then enjoy them while still lukewarm or wait until they are completely cold.
You can also dispense with the syrup for coloring if you prefer them to look like real caramel.
