How to do

1. Cut the cheese into 24 pieces.

2. Place the slices in the freezer until frozen.

3. Beat the egg in a bowl.

4. In another bowl, combine the Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

5. Roll the frozen sticks in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the mixture.

6. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet.

7. Oil it.

8. Place the sticks on the baking sheet.

9. Bake for 4 min at 200 ° C.
