1. Put it in vinegar

Place your lemon half on a saucer containing a little vinegar, flesh down. Check out the trick here.

2. Cover it with fine salt

Sprinkle the lemon flesh with fine salt. The next time you use your lemon, remove the first slice of the salted lemon.

3. Immerse it in water

Immerse your lemon in a glass of water, flesh submerged downwards.

4. Put it in the water, without zest

If you have removed the zest from the lemon, place it in a bowl filled with water. Change the water daily and store in the refrigerator.

5. Use a silicone cover
