Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 liter of chicken broth (or vegetables)
- 50 g of peeled and grated ginger
- A sweet or hot pepper cut into small pieces
- Sliced or whole mushrooms (optional)
How to do
1. Place the garlic, onions, mushrooms and ginger in a large, deep skillet.
2. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.
3. Add the liter of chicken broth to the pan.
4. Boil the water.
5. Stir gently until the ingredients become tender.
6. Add the chili last.
7. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve the soup piping hot.
