Easy and Quick: My Recipe WITHOUT Chocolate Truffle Eggs.

Fortunately, I know of a very easy recipe.
It was passed on to me by my grandmother and it is undoubtedly the best!
The best part is that this recipe is not only very simple, but it is also egg-free.
Useful when there are people with allergies in the family!
To celebrate Easter, Christmas, or nothing at all, I entrust you with my recipe for homemade chocolate truffles.
Ingredients for 20 truffles
- 150 g of chocolate
- 30 g of cocoa powder (to coat the truffles)
- 10 cl of whipping cream at 35% fat
- 20 g of good unsalted butter
How to do
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
2. Boil the cream in a saucepan.
3. Put out the fire.
4. Pour the melted chocolate into the cream.
5. Mix well.
6. Put the preparation in the fridge overnight.
7. The next day, melt the preparation (cream + chocolate) in a double boiler.
8. Incorporate the butter.
9. Let cool until the dough becomes really hard.
10. Make dumplings.
11. Roll them in cocoa.
Results
And there you have it, you have made delicious chocolate truffles :-)
You can choose dark chocolate or milk chocolate to make either dark or milk chocolate truffles depending on your preference.
