My Easy Alcohol Free Cocktail Recipe You'll Love!

My dietitian gave me her delicious low calorie alcoholic cocktail recipe.
This refreshing drink is pure delight with less than 15 calories!

Ingredients for 1 person
- 75 g of white peach (1/2 peach)
- 85 g of pomegranate juice (one glass)
- 10 g of raspberries (4 or 5 raspberries)
- 10 g of lemon juice (a glass bottom)
- some ice cubes
- 1 mixer
How to do
1. Wash the raspberries.
2. Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
3. Peel it and cut it into pieces.
4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
5. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
6. Blend for a min.
7. Pour your drink into a container.
Results
And there you have it, your alcohol-free cocktail with fresh fruit is already ready :-)

Why is it light and healthy?
Lemon and raspberries are among the lowest calorie fruits.
Indeed, the calorie intake of lemon is negligible. On the other hand, it is rich in vitamin C, organic acids and minerals which are excellent for bone health. It also has anti-oxidant properties.
Raspberries are very low in calories. But it is full of minerals, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3 and C) and useful fibers for good intestinal transit.
Pomegranate is slightly more caloric than the average fruit. But it is rich in vitamins K and B9, in potassium and contains polyphenols which have antioxidant properties.
The peach softens the taste and naturally sweetens this light drink. It is also low in calories and rich in fiber, vitamin C and provitamin A.
In short, this light cocktail has something to boost you all summer long while refreshing you!
