How to do
The principle is ultra-simple. Look :
- First, click here to print the Happiness challenge in 30 days.
- Day 1: choose one of the activities on the board. Do it and then cross it off, once you have finished it.
- Day 2: choose and do one of the activities on the board, then cross it off.
- Day 3: choose and do one of the activities on the board, then cross it off.
- And so on, every day for 30 days, until you have completed all the small actions of the Happiness challenge in 30 days.

1. Go the whole day without logging into social networks: no Facebook, no Instagram, etc.

3. Listen to your favorite song
4. Do 15 min of sport
5. Put a beautiful bouquet of flowers in your home

7. Do a good deed for a stranger
8. Watch a comedy
9. Dance to a song that makes you happy
10. Spend the whole day without complaining

♥ Number one : each day during the challenge, write down 3 things you are grateful for. This is a super effective method of "teaching" our brains to see the positive side of things, instead of focusing on the negative aspects of everyday life.
♥ Number two: each day during the challenge, take a few minutes to breathe deeply and recite positive mantras. I advise you to use simple sentences that inspire you. For example, you can say phrases like:
- "I am happy."
- "I am strong."
- "I have a good situation."
- "There are a lot of positive things in my life."
