The Benefits of Magnesium Chloride.
Tiredness ? Constipated? Cold? Prone to skin problems, anxiety or stress?
Magnesium chloride is an effective, natural and economical remedy, to help you get back in shape and fight against the small ailments of everyday life.
When I am constipated, its laxative effect has relieved me more than once.
During exams, a short course of one week and I always feel ready to deal with the stress that awaits me.
Since I discovered it, I always have a bag in advance at home!
What are the health benefits?
If its applications are so multiple, it is because magnesium chloride acts directly on our immune system. In addition to treating your constipation, it is quite possible that it acts on your acne or your morning fatigue at the same time!
Well, I like to warn you as much, there is a little catch: its bitter and pungent taste. But I reassure you, we get used to it very quickly as it does us good.
A word of advice for the more refractory: keep your bottle in the refrigerator, the bitterness fades with the cold.
Otherwise, a little cocktail to deceive your brain or that of your child is also possible: ½ glass of magnesium chloride and ½ glass of fruit juice. The taste buds would almost ask for more!
Where to get it?
In pharmacies (without a prescription), in health food stores in the form of 20 g sachets or here. The trick to keeping it the longest is to pour 20 g directly into a large 1 liter bottle of water. As the dilution is uniform, you use the same amounts each time.
Use and dosage
As a prevention before the various winter ailments (flu, sore throat, colds, seasonal fatigue), drink half a glass in the morning and evening before meals for ten days.
If the disease is declared (fever, sore throat), drink half a glass every 4 hours on the first day, then one intake every six hours for the following 2 days.
I then advise you, for prevention and to strengthen you, take one morning and evening for a week.
If you are prone to kidney failure, high blood pressure, hemophilia or nephritis, magnesium chloride is not recommended. Do not hesitate to ask your pharmacist for advice!
Final tips
Remember to shake your bottle before serving, as salt, which is invisible to the naked eye, tends to settle to the bottom.
If you see a little diarrhea, it is normal. Then decrease the doses slightly until the laxative effects wear off.
This product is a food supplement and not a medicine. If your problems persist, see a doctor.
