Crispy Potato Patties: The Easy And Cheap Recipe.

Ingredients
For 4 people - Preparation time : 20 min - Cooking time : 30 mins
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- 50 g of feta
- 40 g of butter
- 3 teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- salt pepper
- a little flour
How to do
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
2. Cook the potatoes in a large volume of water then drain them.
3. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes with a fork or potato masher. Salt and pepper to your liking.
4. Peel and mince the garlic and onion.
5. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a sauté pan.
6. Sauté the minced garlic and onion.
7. Lightly beat the egg and pour it over the potatoes.
8. Add the thyme, the scallions and the parsley, washed and then finely chopped.
10. Wash the tomatoes, dice them and put them with the potatoes.
11. Crumble the feta and add it to the preparation.
12. Mix everything carefully and put the preparation in the fridge for an hour.
13. After an hour, take a little flour in your hands and rub them.
14. Make eight meatballs with the potato mixture.
15. Crush them lightly to flatten them.
16. Heat the oil and butter in the sauté pan over medium heat.
17. Fry the patties for a minute on one side, then turn and fry them for a minute on the other side so that they are golden brown.
18. Place them on a dish covered with paper towels and serve them immediately.
Results
There you go, your crispy potato pancakes are already ready :-)
