An Economical Recipe With Leftover Vegetables.
Have you prepared too many vegetables and still have some left?
Instead of letting them rot in the kitchen, consider cooking them into pies, for example.
Ratatouille, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, leeks ... Leftover vegetables make delicious and original pies.
Vegetable pie is a simple recipe to make, even if you are not a great chef or a cooking fan.
A pie like this doesn't require a lot of ingredients or preparation. Look :
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 small jar of crème fraîche
- gruyere
- rest of vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper
How to do
1. Place the puff pastry in a pie pan.
2. In a container, pour the crème fraîche.
3. Break the egg and add it to the crème fraîche.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Mix.
6. Brown the vegetables in a pan with olive oil.
7. Spread the vegetables on the pie shell.
8. Pour over the crème fraîche mixed with the egg.
9. Sprinkle with grated Gruyere.
10. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220 °.
Results
There you go, it's over! Your vegetable pie is already ready :-)
