There is something very simple to do and effective: the good old eggnog of our grandmothers gives energy and perks very easily!

Although it is often recommended in winter, it can be drunk during any period of temporary fatigue, at any time of the year.

The recipe for this effective remedy for temporary fatigue strokes is very easy. Look :

Eggnog fights temporary fatigue

Ingredients for 1 person

- 1 organic egg yolk

- 10 cl of milk

- 4 teaspoons of cane sugar

- 1 pinch of cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon of rum (optional)

How to do

1. Place the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl.

2. Add rum if you like.

3. Beat everything (the mixture should be frothy).

4. Heat the milk in a saucepan.

5. Pour everything into your cup then mix.

6. Add 1 pinch of cinnamon.

7. Drink.

Results

And there you have it, your fatigue is now over :-)

Drink once a day during periods of temporary fatigue.

But don't eat it if you have too much cholesterol.
