The Homemade Eskimo Recipe Your Kids Will Love!
Do your children love Eskimos?
It's true that ice cream is good when it's hot!
Especially the chocolate covered Eskimos.
So instead of buying it, why not make it yourself?
It will be much better and also much cheaper!
Here is the simple recipe for homemade eskimos:
Ingredients
- a can of coconut milk of 400 ml
- agave syrup
- liquid vanilla extract
- an eskimo mold like this one
To avoid buying eskimo molds, you can replace them with shot glasses for example ;-)
- wooden sticks
- 400 g of dark chocolate pastry
- grated coconut
How to do
1. In a bowl, put 1 can of coconut milk of 400 ml.
2. Add 5 tablespoons of agave syrup.
3. Then add 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract.
4. Pour the liquid into an eskimo mold.
5. Place the wooden sticks on the mold.
6. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
7. Melt 400 g of dark pastry chocolate in a bain-marie.
8. Pour the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
9. Immediately dip the frozen bars in the chocolate.
10. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
11. Place the eskimos on baking paper in an airtight box.
12. Put the homemade eskimos back in the freezer for 1 hour.
Results
And there you have it, you have made homemade Eskimos that your kids will love :-)
