Why do i drink 3 cups of green tea a day?
I have often heard that green tea is great for the diet.
It helps eliminate, makes me feel good, hydrates me.
The more I drink, the more I take care of myself!
Green tea allows us to live longer. As long as you drink 3 cups a day. Here's why.
Less cardiovascular disease
