here is Lemon and ginger detox drink recipe for weight loss:
Ingredients
- 1 liter of water
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 cm of ginger
- 3 or 4 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of honey
How to do
Preperation : 5 minutes - Cooking: 2 min - For 6 persons
1. Boil the water.
2. Peel the ginger and grate it.
3. Put it in a carafe.
4. Pour hot water over it.
5. Let cool.
6. Add honey (optional).
7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
8. When the preparation is cold (or lukewarm), pour in the lemon juice.
9. Add the mint leaves.
Results
There you go, your lemon and ginger detox drink is ready :-)
You don't even have to buy a detox drink at the pharmacy!
With this healthy and light drink, you will feel lighter and more toned. You'll see, it's delicious ... and economical!
Serve it lukewarm or cool, depending on your preference. The ideal is to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
But it will do you a lot of good all day long. And when it's hot, it's a pleasure to sip it very cold to quench your thirst.

Additional advice
- If you do not have limes, you can replace them with the juice of a lemon.
- Instead of grating the ginger, you can also finely slice it. If it's organic, you don't have to peel it.
- If the lemon is organic, you can add a few slices to your drink.
- You don't have to add honey. The best is not to sweeten at all ... But to each his own!
- Infuse the ginger in hot water. But wait until it cools down a bit to add the lemon juice. Otherwise hot water can destroy the vitamin C in the lemon. It would be a shame !
- If you want your drink to also have the refreshing taste of mint, let the leaves infuse for at least 1 hour. Or crush them a little so that they give off their aroma.
- To make your detox drink even more effective, you can add garlic or turmeric.
