2 Natural Anti-Limestone to Save on Cleaners.

Limestone is a real sore.

No matter how hard you rub, it doesn't go away.

I was spending a fortune on anti-limescale and descalers so that I wouldn't have to scrub for hours.

But my grandma advised me to replace all these detergents with 2 natural productsand not expensive at all: white vinegar and lemon.

Instead of spending my money on chemical and expensive descalers, I use these 2 powerful natural products. Thus, I save money and I protect the environment.

2 anti-limescale: white vinegar and lemon

1. White vinegar

At less than € 0.70 per 70 cl bottle, white vinegar is the powerful product against limescale and thrifty to have here. It is used in the toilet bowl, sinks, shower tray and walls. Even on the tap.

For the toilets: using the toilet brush, I push the water to the bottom of the drain so as to expel it and free up some space. Once I have reduced the volume of water in my bowl, I fill it with the white vinegar.

I leave it on all night. The next morning, all I have to do is rub vigorously and the tartar goes away! What a pleasure to find the white of the enamel of my toilets!

Result: the toilets are like new and they shine!

White vinegar is the best anti-lime cleanser I know of.

And as you have seen, no need for a complicated recipe to make your own anti-limescale. It's simple and inexpensive.

I spent a maximum of € 0.70 by emptying my bottle of white vinegar into my bowl, against € 2.30 for an "organic" descaler.

If I have a septic tank, I haven't spilled horrible chemicals that harm the health of helpful bacteria.

2. Lemon

This tip is suitable for those who cannot stand the smell of vinegar, but especially forsmaller surfacesthat require descaling.

I use it for my taps, the earthenware above the sink, or my stainless steel sink in my kitchen. Using it for large areas is expensive, given the amount of juice that must be extracted.

For the taps: I cut a lemon in half. Then I use it like a spongerubbing the pulp side on my taps. I leave it on for a few minutes, then I rinse with clear water and I dry.

To recover the grid of my water saver and the turn of the end of the faucet, I hang my half lemon around the end of the faucet. To make it hold, I squeeze on one side and hold the piece of lemon in "rab" with a clothespin.

I leave it on overnight, and the next day, a single wipe of the sponge is enough to remove all the limestone and even the verdigris and mold that had settled around the tap.

Result: the grid of my water saver is clean and the water flows smoothly because it is no longer blocked by lime. My faucets glow like new!

I don't spend more than € 1 on my lemons when I should have spent € 7.80 on an eco-friendly bathroom cleaner.

In addition, without my little trick with the lemon, you have to remove the aerator filter, soak in a descaling agent or even change it completely.
