The trick is to soak in hot water with conditioner. Look :
How to do
1. Fill the sink with hot, but not boiling, water.
2. Add one to two tablespoons of ultra-mild conditioner and mix well.
3. Soak the garment for 30 minutes in the mixture.
4. Gently stretch the garment back to its original shape.
5. Rinse the garment by hand to remove the conditioner.
6. Dry the garment flat.
Results
And There you go ! You have enlarged your garment which has returned to its normal size :-)

And above all, no mess, because your garment will not go in the trash!
Note that this trick works for all types of textiles: cotton, wool, polyester.
But it is also effective for all types of clothing: t-shirt, sweater, cardigan or pants.
Why does it work?
Conditioners contain active components that relax and make the fibers of the garment more flexible.
As a result, it is much easier to relax it so that it regains its original size.
