The Tip To Boil Water A LOT FASTER (In 1 Min Chrono)!
Boiling water always takes 3 pellets!
Especially when you're making pasta and you're hungry!
And it's even longer if you have old electric hotplates that have trouble heating like mine ...
Fortunately, I have a simple and effective way to boil water faster by only 1 min flat and thus save time.
The trick is boil the water in the kettle and then pour the water into the saucepan. Look :
How to do
1. Fill your kettle with 1.5 liters of water.
2. Turn on the kettle to heat the water.
3. Turn on your hotplate so that it begins to heat up.
4. When the kettle stops, put the pot on the hot plate.
5. Pour the boiling water into the saucepan.
Results
There you go, now you know how to boil water much faster in just 1 min :-)
Easy, convenient and economical, isn't it?
No more waiting long minutes for the pasta water to boil!
The water takes only 1 to 2 minutes to boil!
All you have to do is add the pasta or rice to the pan.
Note that a kettle is much more energy efficient than a microwave or electric hobs.
Additional advice
- If you don't have a kettle, I advise you to invest, because it allows you to save money on a daily basis. Especially if you are used to drinking tea and herbal teas during the day. It is much faster than putting water to heat in a saucepan.
- In addition to saving time, you save on your electricity bill, especially if you have an old electric hob that takes time to heat up.
- It works best with a large kettle that has a large capacity of at least 1.7 liters like this one. This way, we fill the pan in one go.
- While the electric plates are heating, do not put the pan on it empty. Otherwise when you go to pour the water in it, it may splash boiling water all over the place.
