A level tablespoon (filled to the brim) corresponds to:

- 1 cl of oil

- 15 g flour

- 15 g of powdered sugar

- 16 g of salt

A small mustard glass corresponds to:

- 15 cl of liquid

- 130 g of flour

- 140 g of semolina

- 180 g of powdered sugar

- 200 g of raw rice

A coffee bowl corresponds to:

- 2 mustard glasses

- 30 cl of liquid

- 300 g of flour

- 500 g of powdered sugar

There you go, you can now weigh the ingredients without a scale :-)

To measure 100 g of rice, 200, 250 or 500 g of flour without a scale, just use this table and adjust the quantities.
