1. Frozen lemon zest

Lemon zest is an ingredient often used in sweet and savory dishes. Collect the zest from your lemon peels with this zester and freeze it for later.

2. Pepper with lemon

One of my favorite seasonings for grilling is lemon pepper. It is very easy to do. You need the zest of 4 lemons, salt and pepper.

For this recipe, you will need: 3 generous pinches of fine herbs and herbs from Provence, 100 g of softened unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of finely grated lemon zest. Throw a few lemon peels in the bottom of the bin. They will absorb unpleasant odors and leave a pleasant scent in the room every time you open the trash.

Put lemon zest in a pot of simmering water and add a few cloves, cinnamon and orange zest. Not only is it a good air humidifier, but it also perfumes the whole house without chemicals and at a ridiculous cost.

To clean the mineral deposits in your kettle, fill it with water and add a handful of thin slices of lemon zest. Bring to a boil then turn off and leave to act for an hour. Then rinse the kettle.

28. Softens dry elbows

Use half a lemon sprinkled with baking soda and run it over your elbows. Simply place your elbow in the lemon and twist the lemon as if you were squeezing it with your elbow for several minutes. Rinse and pat dry. It also works for heels.

Lightly rub the lemon rinds all over your face for a good skin tonic then rinse. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes and don't go out in the sun afterwards.
