To easily lose some weight, just drink a juice of cucumber and lemon with a little honey several times a day.

Ingredients
- 1 organic cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
How to do
1. Rinse the cucumber.
2. Cut it into pieces.
3. Put them in the blender and mix.
4. Pour the cucumber juice into a glass.
5. Squeeze half a lime.
6. Add a tablespoon of lime.
7. Put a teaspoon of honey.
8. Mix.
Results
There you go, your detox slimming drink is already ready :-)
Easy, fast and efficient for the summer, right?

If your cucumbers are organic, you can keep the skin on and mix everything after cleaning them well with apple cider vinegar.
If your vegetables are not organic, use this technique to properly remove all pesticides.
