Do not worry ! There is a pleasant remedy for quickly relieving muscle soreness after exercise.
The trick is to take a hot bath in which you add an aspirin, a spoon of baking soda and a lozenge of Alka-Seltzer.
How to do
1. Run a hot bath.
2. Dilute an aspirin in the bath water.
3. Add a spoonful of baking soda.
4. Put a lozenge of Alka-Seltzer in it.
5. Immerse yourself in the bath.
6. Relax for 30 min.
And there you have it, you've eliminated your stiffness :-)
And you will wake up without aches the next day. But do not forget to do your stretches after your workout!
