3 Exercises To Have A Beautiful Firmer Breast.

Ladies, do you want to have a firmer breast?

Here are 3 simple exercises that, with the right weight training, will help you get firmer, more muscular breasts.

Truth be told, these exercises will not change your breasts themselves which are made up of fat, but rather the pectoral muscles.

1. First exercise: the pullover

- Necessary material : a bottle of water or a small dumbbell.

- Starting position: you are lying on your back with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms above you, holding the bottle in your hand.

- Execution of the movement: take a deep breath, thentilt the outstretched arms back, until the bottom of the bottle touches the ground. Go up while blowing.

Repeat the movement 20 times by pausing in the low position, when the bottle brushes the ground. This is when the rib cage opens. Realize 3 sets.

2. Second exercise: the wall press

- Starting position: you are sitting against a wall with your back and head resting against the wall, your legs stretched out on the floor. The hands are against the shoulders and touch the wall. The elbows touch the wall as well.

- Execution of the movement: inhale then raise the hands towards the ceiling while extending the arms, while blowing. Elbows and hands rub against the wall during the entire movement to force them to stay back.

the wall developed is also a great way to open the rib cage. This time it is an active opening which is done by strengthening the fixing muscles of the shoulder blades. By strengthening, they cause the chest to open.

Realize 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

3. Third exercise: push-ups on the knees

- Starting position: you are facing the ground, arms outstretched and resting on your knees. The thighs and the trunk form a straight line.

- Execution of the movement: inhale. Bend your arms, elbows to your sides, to touch your chest to the floor. Extend your arms while blowing to find the starting position.

With the help of push-ups, you will strengthen your pectoral muscles, which will give the contours of your bust a firmer appearance.

Realize 3 sets of 12 repetitions.
