Fortunately my dietitian gave me the light recipe for an excellent dessert.

This is the light lemon custard recipe. The icing on the cake (or the custard!) Is that it is very easy to make. Look :

The simple and healthy recipe for light lemon flan

Ingredients

- 5 large eggs

- 75 g of brown sugar

- 5 g lemon extract

- 10 g of liquid vanilla

- 500 g of skimmed milk

How to do

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th 6).

2. Put the sugar in a container.

3. Add the eggs.

4. Pour in the milk.

5. Add the lemon extract and liquid vanilla.

6. Mix in a blender for 1 min.

7. Pour the mixture into small ramekins.

8. Put a little water at the bottom of a large dish.

9. Place the filled ramekins in this dish.

10. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

11. Take them out of the oven without getting burned.

Results

And there you have it, your light lemon flans are already ready :-)

It's easy, isn't it? And you will be able to feast without blowing up the calorie counter.

Remember to let them cool before serving.

Bonus tip

To be sure the flans are cooked, stick the tip of a knife into them. If the blade comes out clean, they are cooked.
