Homemade Chantilly Cream? My Foolproof Recipe!
How to resist in front of a beautiful creamy homemade whipped cream?
As an accompaniment to a dessert or with a teaspoon, it is a pure delight in the mouth that has nothing to envy to commercial whipped cream.
An easy recipe to make, really inexpensive, which will enhance your desserts.
Here is how to make it so that it is foolproof!

Budget per person: 0.18 €
Ingredients
- 20 cl of heavy cream
- 30 g of icing sugar
Preperation
1. Puta salad bowl in the freezer for 15 min.
2. Take the crème fraîche out of the refrigerator as well as the salad bowl from the freezer.
3. Pour the cream into the salad bowl and beat it gently with a mixer or a mechanical whisk so that it becomes smooth and rises.
4. Slowly pour in the icing sugar, in rain, while continuing to beat the cream.
Place the whipped cream in the refrigerator if you do not enjoy it immediately.
Tip: how to easily whip the cream?
If you want the crème fraîche to rise, don't beat it for too long.
As soon as small air bubbles form on the cream, stop beating it, it is ready!

- 20 cl of heavy cream: at € 3.15 per liter or € 0.63
- 30 g of icing sugar: at € 2.84 per kilo, i.e. € 0.09
