When I was little, I loved collecting mushrooms with my grandmother.
Why ? Because then, she made her delicious mushroom pie.
And I can tell you that we were fighting for the last share!
Since then, she revealed her delicious recipe to me and I will share it with you today.
This recipe is super easy and doesn't take a long time to make. In addition, it is really economical.
here is the best mushroom and onion pie recipe. Look :
Ingredients for 2 to 3 people
- 200 g of fresh button mushrooms
- 1 puff pastry
- 1/2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- garlic powder
- a pinch of parsley
- salt pepper
- butter
- pie pan
- stove
How to do
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
2. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms.
3. Cut the mushrooms and onion into thin strips.
4. In the pan, melt a little butter.
5. Add, according to your taste, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
6. Once it's hot, throw the onions in the pan.
7. When the onions are golden, add the mushrooms.
8. Let them cook for a few minutes.
9. Meanwhile, put the dough in the pie pan.
10. Add the crème fraîche to the mushrooms and stir.
11. Pour the cream mushrooms into the mold.
12. Place the pie in the oven.
13. Leave to cook for about 30 minutes.

Additional advice
Don't have fresh mushrooms? Use frozen mushrooms.
But be careful, they will make more water: you will have to cook them a little longer.
