The Tasty Recipe For Sauteed Shrimps With Garlic And Parsley (Easy And Quick).

This pan-fried shrimp sautéed with garlic and parsley is simply delicious.
In addition, it is really easy and quick to do since it only takes 15 minutes and that's it!
Just the mention of these sautéed shrimps makes my mouth water!

Ingredients
- 500 g of peeled and deveined shrimps
- olive oil
- 60 g of butter
- 120 ml of white wine (Pinot)
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 60 g of chopped parsley
- the juice of 1/2 lemon
- spaghetti
- salt and pepper
How to do
1. Rinse the shrimp and dry them with paper towels.
2. Cut the butter into pieces and put it in the fridge to keep it cold.
3. Chop the parsley and put it in a ramekin.
4. Chop the garlic cloves with a garlic press.
5. In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic cloves with the chilli flakes.
6. In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and when a light smoke rises, throw in the shrimp.
7. Cook them for a few minutes until they have a nice color.
8. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on a sheet of aluminum foil.
9. Now cook the spaghetti separately according to the instructions on the package.
10. Now add the garlic mixed with the chili. It should sizzle, but should not burn. Stir and cook until the garlic smells good, but don't overcook it.
11. Now add the wine and put the pan back on the heat. It should shudder.
12. Mix everything together and simmer until the liquid has reduced by about half and the smell of alcohol has evaporated.
13. Add the cold butter, piece by piece to the pan and whip the sauce without stopping. This is what will make it smooth and not watery.
14. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the lemon juice over it. Mix well.
15. Now put the shrimp back in the pan, mix thoroughly so that the sauce coats them well.
16. Return the pan to the heat until it simmers and is heated through.
17. Add the parsley and mix.
18. Slide the shrimp onto one half of the pan and put your cooked and well-wrung pasta on the empty half.
19. Mix the pasta well in the sauce then carefully replace them on their half.
20. Season the pasta with salt and pepper and serve right away!
