Confinement: How To Occupy Your Children With Salt Paint?

Are you looking for a fun activity to do with your children between 2 and 3 years old?

It is true that it is not easy to occupy the children, especially during periods of confinement.

Fortunately, a kindergarten teacher gave me their recipe for salt paint.

A little salt, water, glue and off you go for a great activity.

The technique is super simple and the little ones love it! Look :

Paint made with fine salt and food coloring

Ingredients

- fine salt

- 1 to 2 drops of food coloring of different colors

- white glue

- sheets of paper

- 4 small containers

How to do

1. Pour three tablespoons of salt into each bowl.

2. Add the food coloring.

3. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous colored mixture.

4. Spread the glue on the sheet of paper with an old paintbrush.

5. Have the children use the colored salt to paint the leaf.

There you go, you now know how to occupy your children with salt paint :-)

If you don't have fine salt, you can use Epsom salt or try coarse salt.
