Ingredients

- 400 g of pumpkin

- 3 eggs

- 250 ml of milk

- 250 ml of water

- 350 ml of liquid fresh cream

- 80 g of grated Gruyere

- salt pepper

- 2 pinches of nutmeg

- 1 Dutch oven

- 1 salad bowl

- 1 gratin dish

How to do

Preperation : 20 min - Cooking: 30 min - For 4 people

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for 10 min.

2. Peel the pumpkin.

3. Cut it into small cubes.

4. Boil the water in the pot.

5. Throw the pumpkin cubes in.

6. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

7. Drain.

8. In the salad bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

9. Place the pumpkin in the gratin dish.

10. Pour the creamy preparation over it.

11. Put on some gruyère

12. Leave to cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
