Yep, all you need for this light recipe is to replace the vinegar with lemon.
Look, it's very simple:
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 125 ml of olive oil
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- Tabasco
How to do
1. In a container, put the mustard.
2. Add the lemon juice.
3. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
4. Add the olive oil slowly.
5. Mix as you go so that the emulsion is set.
6. Pepper and salt.
7. Add two or three drops of Tabasco to enhance the taste.
Results
And there you have it, you have prepared a homemade vinaigrette without vinegar :-)
You can enhance this salad dressing without vinegar by adding a little honey and tomato paste such as tomato paste to soften your sauce and give it color.
It is the ideal and tasty seasoning for all your salads, such as rice salads for example. And you don't even need balsamic vinegar or white vinegar!
This lemon vinaigrette goes perfectly with an arugula, a salad of mozzarella tomatoes, avocados, asparagus, a salad with chicken or even shrimp.
