How To Repel Mice Naturally? Here are 3 tips that work.

Who has never screamed when they see a mouse pass by, or desperate to chase it away?

The unexpected arrival of rodents in your home has never enchanted anyone.

There are many ways to get rid of it, but not always

effective, and often expensive.

No need to spend your money on traps of all kinds, ultrasound devices, toxic products or rat control.

Mice are very sensitive to smells! It is with their sense of smell that they will spot the places that attract or repel them.

Using odors that they do not like therefore creates an excellent repellant.

For that, I give you 3 natural tips tested and approved by invasion victims, to get rid of these rodents:

1. Cat litter

By far the most foolproof of all, after the cat itself.

A small amount is enough, sprinkled along the walls of the room where your mouse often passes.

And for even more success, try to take the most fragrant possible (the most common supermarket litters like Catsan will be perfect).

If you don't have a cat, ask your neighbors or friends: surely you know someone who has a feline and can give you a few grams of litter or you can find some here.

2. Bay, sage or mint leaves

If you have them in your kitchen, arrange them where you know or think the mouse will pass. The smell will repel her right away!

Trick : your mint will give off even more smell if you take the time to crush it.

3. Eucalyptus

Same, if you have it on hand, put it either along the walls or in the cupboards where you suspect the mice are using.

If you don't have one as it is, know that many dishwashing, cleaning, and beauty products are now made from eucalyptus.

By looking well, you may be able to find some at home. Take a few cottons that you soak in the product in question, making sure that it is sufficiently fragrant, and place them in strategic places for a few days.

2 simple rules of life so as not to attract them

Between foods that attract him and places to hide, the mouse has no shortage of excuses to come and colonize you. However, two or three simple things will allow you to avoid them:

1.Close and clean everything : packets of rice, pasta, Tupperware, garbage cans… even your cat or dog's bag of kibble! All kinds of foods can attract a mouse, especially if they are accessible and fragrant.

So don't leave anything lying around or open, otherwise it will sneak inside the packages, make a good feast, and leave neither seen nor known.

2.Fill your cracks : a mouse can squeeze in a tiny space! It is therefore important to fill any cracks and holes in the walls, even if they are very small; it will be one less entry for her.

Savings made

Rodenticides, chemical repellents and traps cost between 5 and 15 € each (and we often buy two kinds), and a rat control around 60 €.

And even if you need to buy mint or sage, there's nothing stopping you from using the excess for cooking.

This solution will therefore cost you less than € 1 in mint or sage (because no one will charge you for 3 g of litter), and you save between 9 and 59 € by following our advice.

As a bonus, you save yourself the trouble of picking up a dead mouse or the guilt of killing one. And all naturally!
